Kenneth Lillie (he/his) sends strange and cryptic signals that may or may not be crude attempts at communication. Nonetheless, stories attributed to this being have been found in various dark corners of the publishing world, and one has even been nominated for the Bram Stoker Award. It is believed that he resides in the frozen wilderness of Northern Ontario, Canada, where sightings of him are rare and any photographic evidence has been too blurry to substantiate these accounts of his existence.
