Darke Conteur is a writer at the mercy of her Muse. The author of stories in several genres, she prefers to create within the realms Science Fiction, Dark, and Urban Fantasy. She has dabbled with erotic, and has had six short stories published with online ezines, three of which are still available to read.
She has worked as a content editor for the defunked flash fiction ezine Flash Me Magazine, and wrote several editorials for her local newspaper.
Her first paid short story Date Night, was an erotic piece in the defunct ezine Oysters and Chocolate.
In 2011 she self-published the first novelette of her paranormal series The Watchtower, and until 2016 published one novel per year.
In 2016 she began writing scripts and has two full length scripts and four episodes of two separate television series written.
A pagan at heart, her personal goal is to find her balance within nature; exploring the dark through her stories and the light through her beliefs. When not writing, she enjoys working with crystals, gardening, gaming, cooking, and very loud music.
