An SF Canada table, when funded by the organization:
* shall be used for publicizing SF Canada;
* shall be used to display sample copies of members’ books;
* may, at the table organizers’ discretion, be used for the sale of members’ books, not undercutting any booksellers attending the convention. If this is done at all, the service shall be available to any member.
* Members wanting books displayed or sold shall be responsible for delivery and return of their own titles and are strongly encouraged to, where practical, volunteer at the table.
